Right away, we’ll schedule a consultation call to dig more deeply into the wedding photography wishes, ideas, and questions you and your fiancé have. We’ll also explore the options for your photography collection.
03. Secure Your Date
If you decide our stars have aligned, we’ll make it all official with a signed agreement and retainer. You’ll immediately have access to your comprehensive client portal, ensuring nothing gets lost during this extended process.
04. Document Your Engagement
After reading through your client welcome guide, we’ll dive right into the part of the process that I like to think of as the dress rehearsal—your engagement session! I’ll help you choose a location that matches your vision, and you’ll get to experience my approach to photography for the first time.
05. Plan Your Perfect Day
Six weeks before your wedding, we’ll craft your photography timeline. With more than 15 years of experience, I’ll help you build a balanced and serene timeline while also planning for backup plans A through Z. Then, with your planner, we’ll review your timeline on a video call.
06. Coordinate With Your Vendors
As just one piece of your wedding day puzzle, I’ll ensure that I’m on the same page with everyone, from your florist to your planner to your officiant. This way, we know a month before the big day exactly when and where we’ll be able to plan photography.
07. Say “I do”
Soak up this celebration with your tribe as we document it all—every detail, every guest, every moment. From morning glam to your first dance fireworks, my associate photographer and I will be there by your side to ensure you’re always looking (and feeling!) your best.
08. Relive It All
Only six to ten weeks after your wedding day, your fully-edited gallery will arrive in your inbox along with information albums and print creation. And just a few months later, a personalized USB with all your final images will arrive on your doorstep for you to treasure for years to come!

Do you photograph weddings outside of New York?
I do accept select destination weddings! Share your wedding location in your inquiry, and we’ll explore options during your consultation call.
Should we plan for a first look at our wedding?
I highly recommend having a first look! The day flies by so quickly that I’d hate to pull you away from your guests to take photos that we could’ve taken earlier. A first look also gives us more time to get creative, adding variety to your gallery, and it gives you more time before and after the big moment to spend alone as a couple…yep, even without your photographer standing nearby!
What happens if it rains on our wedding day or the lighting isn’t great?
Call me the Queen of the Backup Plan because, with me, you’ll have more options than you know what to do with! I’ll help you find backup options you love just as much as your primary outdoor locations, and I always bring my full lighting kit. So, don’t worry—if we move the ceremony or reception inside, your day will still be captured in the vibrant, editorial style you love!
Will you coordinate with our wedding planner and vendors?
Absolutely! If I need to ask your planner or florist a quick question, I’ll do that myself rather than ask you to find the answers for me. I’ll also make sure our timelines sync up and that the decor will be in place for any pre-ceremony photography. And if you need help finding vendors, I can help with that, too!
